ATLANTA (March 3, 2017) – The second Atlanta-area location of Rize Artisan Pizza
+ Salads opens Monday, March 6 at 6050 Roswell Road, at
the corner of Hammond Drive in Sandy Springs. Rize is an elevated fast casual
restaurant offering a daily lunch and dinner menu of amazing artisan pizza along
with chef-driven fare that includes handcrafted salads, small plates and pasta
with bold flavors along with a selection of craft beers, wine and authentic sangría.

Rize’s menu is approachable, affordable and focused on full-flavor
food prepared fresh from scratch every day with premium ingredients. If you want to hang a while for dinner, selections
include an innovative assortment of artisan pizza unlike any other in the
Atlanta area, salads and small plates, flatbreads, pasta favorites, premium
gelato and sorbet. There are no freezers,
fryers or microwaves in the Rize kitchen, and each dish is beautifully plated to let the freshness
of responsibly sourced
ingredients shine through. For the nearby business crowd looking to
dine and dash, Rize’s lunch menu, served from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., offers real
food fast with lunch-sized versions of artisan pizzas, amazing hot sandwiches,
soups and “pick two” combo meals featuring the choice of one lunch pizza, flatbread
or sandwich and either a soup or lunch salad all for $10.
Children 10 and
under can enjoy a menu just for them that features a kid-sized cheese or
pepperoni pizza, pasta and a hummus and veggies combo. Each meal includes a kids’
beverage and scoop of Rize’s premium gelato or sorbet.
Although the restaurant’s focused menu options and service approach allows
for quick food delivery and convenient bill pay through its mobile app, it is
up to the guests how quickly or leisurely they would like to dine. “We want
guests to think of our concept for a great meal, amazing value and true
hospitality perfect for everything from lunch with co-workers, weekend lunch
with the kids to date night, family night and girls’ night out,” says Smith.
Complementing the restaurant’s bold fare is a
beverage selection featuring wine by the glass, craft beer and Rize’s Marbella
Red and Andalucia White sangrías, which are named after those regions in Spain
and infused with herbs, spices and fresh fruit flavors. Non-alcoholic options include
fresh brewed premium iced tea and fresh lemonade, Caleb’s Kola and Stubborn
craft sodas.

Rize Sandy Springs is located at 6050 Roswell Road, serving lunch and
dinner from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
