RAISE A GLASS IN EAST COBB FOR SEED KITCHEN & BAR AND STEM WINE BAR ANNIVERSARIES
November Events Include Special Three-Course Menu and Sold-Out Wine Dinner
Benefiting Share Our Strength

ATLANTA (Nov. 2, 2017) – Restaurateur Doug Turbush and his teams at Seed Kitchen & Bar and Stem Wine Bar are heating up November with two delicious ways to celebrate many successful years in business and the East Cobb community that made them possible.

“We love East Cobb and want to thank our guests for the incredible support they’ve given to us over the years,” says Turbush. “We can’t think of a better way to celebrate our sixth anniversary at Seed than with our friends, family and community. Together, we’ll raise our glasses to toast to our appreciation and many more exciting years to come.”

Monday, Nov. 6 through Friday, Nov. 10, Seed Kitchen & Bar is serving a celebratory three-course meal as the featured special. The cost is $39.95 per person, plus tax and gratuity. A portion of the proceeds benefit Share Our Strength, a national nonprofit dedicated to eradicating childhood hunger.

Offered in addition to the regular menu, the three-course anniversary menu includes the following choices:
·         Jonah crab toast with brioche, avocado and cured egg yolk
·         Burrata with pickled baby beets, orange-toasted hazelnuts, sherry vinaigrette on a baguette
·         Sunchoke velouté on sourdough with mushrooms, truffle and chive
·         Pan-roasted steelhead with celery root purée, blistered shishito peppers, sunchokes and red wine butter
·         Maple Leaf Farms duck breast with kabocha squash purée and rainbow chard
·         Balsamic-braised lamb shank with puffed farro and pickled beets

Dessert offers maple custard made with chantilly cream and Georgia pecan biscotti; rum raisin bread pudding with crème fraîche ice cream and salted caramel; and chocolate peanut butter parfait with roasted banana ice cream and peanut brittle.

Sister restaurant Stem Wine Bar is also celebrating a birthday and hosting a sold-out Von Strasser wine dinner on Nov. 7 in honor of its fourth anniversary.

Seed Kitchen & Bar and Stem Wine Bar are located next door to each other at 1311 Johnson Ferry Road, in the Merchant’s Walk retail center in Marietta. For more information, call 678-214-6888 or visit eatatseed.com and stemwinebar.com.
