BULLA GASTROBAR INTRODUCES PRIX FIXE LUNCH MENU
Affordable Two- and Three-Course Meals Showcase Inventive Takes on Spanish Tapas

ATLANTA (May 3, 2018) – Bulla Gastrobar has become a premier lunch destination in Midtown, featuring a rich variety of authentic modern tapas served in a lively, communal atmosphere. Now, in addition to its regular lunch selections, the upscale-casual hot spot is rolling out a prix fixe lunch menu at two budget-friendly price points.  Monday through Friday, guests can choose from a two-course ($18) or three-course ($23) menu highlighting Bulla’s creative contemporary take on shareable Spanish cuisine.

“Whether our guests only have time for a quick bite on their lunch hour or are coming to linger and catch up with friends, we have options for them,” said Centurion Restaurant Group founder and president Carlos Centurion. “We think they are going to love sampling a wide selection of our signature dishes and finding new inspired, delicious plates they’ll love – all at a reasonable price they can enjoy within their lunch hour.”

The prix fixe menu is available weekdays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and includes a choice of one from each of the following sections:  

First course:
·        Garbanzo Frito – Chickpea stew, chorizo, kale
·        Gazpacho Andaluz – Spanish chilled vegetable soup
·        Ensalada de Espinacas – Baby spinach, beets, candied walnuts, arugula, Spanish goat cheese
·        Croquetas de Jamón – Serrano ham croquettes, fig jelly
·        Caesar Salad – Kale, Serrano-Caesar dressing, Manchego, croutons
Second course:
·        Pollo al Chilindrón – Pan-seared chicken, Serrano ham, red pepper stew, steamed rice
·        Pintxo & Tostada de Aguacate – Cumin marinated grilled chicken, avocado toast, tomato salad
·        Brioche de Verduras – Portobello, piquillos, spinach, caramelized onions, goat cheese, mojo verde, patatas bravas
·        Huevos ‘Bulla’ – Eggs, homemade potato chips, Serrano ham, potato foam, truffle oil
·        Salmón – Baby spinach, chickpeas, lemon cream
·        ‘Bulla’ Burger – Piquillo peppers, caramelized onions, Tetilla cheese, patatas bravas

Third course:
·        Flan de Coco – Coconut flan, passion fruit sorbet
·        Churros con Chocolate – Traditional fried dough, chocolate sauce, dulce de leche
