Renovations and Menu Changes at Brookhaven Restaurant Mean
More Entertainment Options, More Beers on Tap and Specialty Pizzas

ATLANTA (July 7, 2015) – Located in the heart of Brookhaven, Kaleidoscope Bistro & Pub is a neighborhood eatery that Atlantans have been counting on for quality food, great beer and exceptional service at an affordable price since fall 2010. Now, the popular restaurant is renovating its interior and revamping its menus to bring a more colorful dining experience to longtime patrons and new guests alike.

“Since the name Kaleidoscope comes from the idea of a constantly changing pattern, it is important to us to not only let more light into our dining space by expanding the building but to also offer our guests a wider spectrum of food and beverage options,” says co-owner and executive chef Joey Riley.

The additional 1,200-square-foot space will feature a more open layout with expanded seating in the bar area, more televisions and bathrooms, and a new area for live music. The restaurant’s kitchen will also be expanded, allowing for more efficient service and the installation of a Wood Stone Pizza Oven. In order to complete these renovations, Kaleidoscope will be closed from Monday, July 13 through Friday, July 17 and will reopen on Saturday, July 18.

In conjunction with Kaleidoscope’s physical expansion, the restaurant is rolling out a new menu to add six additional beers on tap, including a signature Kaleidoscope brew made by Red Brick Brewing Company, and a selection of nine specialty pizzas. The 12” pizzas are available during dinner only and range from the classic margherita to charred leek and mushroom to the Picasso, which allows guests to build their own personal-sized masterpiece from a selection of sauces, meats, cheeses and veggies.

Kaleidoscope continues to use only the highest quality ingredients, including antibiotic- and hormone-free proteins and produce from local farms. Longtime customer favorites such as the wok-fried Maine calamari with Chinese green beans and hot ‘n’ sour sauce and the award-winning Kaleidoscope burger with pimento cheese, slaw, green tomato chow-chow and bread and butter pickles will remain on the menu of global comfort food.

Kaleidoscope Bistro & Pub is located in Village Place Brookhaven at 1410 Dresden Drive. The restaurant serves lunch, dinner, weekend brunch as well as a late night menu on Friday and Saturday nights.
